DubaiCard is moving
to Vestex

Your DubaiCard account is where you applied for your debit card, where you Load it from your USD wallet, and where you check Card Activities. All of that moves to Vestex. The card itself is not cancelled and not reissued, so its number and the PIN that came in the envelope with it stay exactly as they are. What changes is the dashboard you open to manage it, and you keep signing in at my.dubaicard.io until your own move is done.

Vestex is operated by Silver Capital Financial s.r.o, registered in the Czech Republic — the same company that operates the service you are migrating from.

What your card and balance gain on Vestex

Your card and your wallet, still side by side My Cards, Load and your Card available balance sit next to your DubaiCard Wallet, in the same layout you already know. The dashboard underneath is rebuilt, so history is clearer and you can see at a glance what is still pending.
Loading the card works the way it does today You still move money from your USD wallet onto the card, and a load still has to be approved before it reaches your card balance. Nothing you have learned about Standard Load and Delayed Load becomes wrong.
A real market instead of a Buy and Sell form Today your wallet buys and sells Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Litecoin, Solana, Tether and USD Coin against USD through a form, at whatever price applies by the time the order goes through, with a percentage fee built into every buy and every sell. Vestex has an actual spot market with live order books and a far longer list of coins, so you choose your price rather than discovering it afterwards.
Futures and an AI assistant, only if you want them Vestex also runs a futures market and puts a trading assistant in the screen that can explain an order in plain language. If all you ever do is fund your card and spend it, you can ignore every bit of that and nothing about your card becomes harder.

Moving your card across, step by step

1
Sign in at my.dubaicard.io It starts on the DubaiCard dashboard you already use. Accounts are moved in batches, so the option appears for you when your turn comes round. There is nothing to apply for and nothing to chase.
2
Confirm the account is yours DubaiCard passes you over to Vestex, where you confirm the account. The screen names the email address it is about to move, spelled out rather than hidden, and if it is not yours then stop there and tell us.
3
Create a password for Vestex The Vestex account is a new account, so you choose a password for it during the move. From then on you sign in at vestex.ai, and your card is there in that dashboard.

Questions about your card and balance

It is. DubaiCard publishes it here on my.dubaicard.io, and Vestex publishes its own notice on vestex.ai that names DubaiCard. Each page links to the other, which is not something someone impersonating us could arrange. Check any email or message you receive against these two pages, and if it does not match them, do not act on it.
No. The option appears on your own dashboard when your account is included in a batch, and you can take your time with it after that. No closing date for my.dubaicard.io has been published yet. When one is decided it will be shown on this page in advance, rather than arriving as a surprise.
Your Card available balance belongs to the card rather than to the website, which is why Load only ever runs one way, from your wallet onto the card. This move does not cancel the card, so that balance stays where it is and you can keep spending it. Your DubaiCard Wallet balance is the part that is carried into your Vestex account.
No. That was a one-off fee for issuing the card you are holding, charged once your application was approved, and it is not a subscription that renews. This move does not issue you a new card, so there is nothing to pay a second time and no fee of any kind for switching. If anyone contacts you asking for a payment to complete your migration, it is not us.
Ask us about those before you switch. DubaiCard tracks referrals on a separate platform from the one holding your balances, and it pays on the card issuance fee your referrals pay as well as on what they buy and sell, so commission you have earned is not something the account move carries by itself. If you have ever shared a referral link, raise it first and wait for an answer.
No. Your passport or ID card photos, the selfie you took holding that document, the two signed application forms, and the later selfie you took holding the card itself to activate it are all on file. A person reviewed them and approved you, and that decision travels with your account. Two things can still come up. If the document you used has since expired, or if something was still outstanding when you moved, Vestex asks you for that one item in the dashboard once you arrive.
Support at the foot of your DubaiCard sidebar opens an email to [email protected], and that address still reaches us for anything about your card or this move. Once you have switched, use [email protected] instead. Always start from a dashboard you opened yourself by typing the address. If a link you were sent asks for your password or your PIN, close it and come back to this page instead.

The same notice is published on Vestex's own site: https://vestex.ai/from-dubaicard. Questions: [email protected]. This page is published by DubaiCard on my.dubaicard.io.
